Slavica is Managing Partner at Qatalyst and serves as chief operating officer. She has over 15 years of experience in management consulting and impact measurement of complex policies, programs and systems. Slavica holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Arts in Immigration and Settlement Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Slavica is also a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP), Certified Evaluator, and holds a certification in Impact Management and Measurement from Duke University. Slavica serves as a Vice President on Canadian Evaluation Society Council – BC Chapter, and is the Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee of the Chapter. She has effectively led and managed the implementation of large-scale evaluations and engaged with many different partners and stakeholders in area of health and mental health, Indigenous justice, immigration, technology and innovation and economic development.
